MountainView Meadery is one of the few dedicated meaderies in Australia.  The honey wines(meads) produced by MountainView Meadery are made exclusively from Tasmanian Honey.  At present, only varietal honey wines (meads) are being produced.  These are made from one type of honey, carefully selected to ensure the highest quality available at the time.
